We started in a rented Englewood shop with one truck and a habit of turning down work we could not do properly. After the 2009 hail season it became obvious that the roofing part was the easy half — the hard half was documentation, and almost nobody was doing it well.

So we learned the claims side. We learned which code items carriers owe, how to chalk a test square an adjuster will accept, and how to write a scope that does not come back with a denial letter. Today our estimators climb the roof with your adjuster instead of handing you a bid and disappearing.

Everything else follows from that. One project at a time so the lead installer never splits attention. Photos every evening so you always know where the job stands. A thirty-year workmanship warranty because we intend to still be here.
