The things Denver homeowners actually ask us, answered the way we would answer them on your driveway.
- Will my insurance cover a hail replacement?
- In Colorado, most homeowner policies cover storm damage subject to your deductible. The question is never whether you have coverage — it is whether the damage is documented well enough to be approved. That documentation is the part we specialize in.
- Should I sign a contingency agreement before the adjuster comes?
- Not with us. We inspect, document, and meet your adjuster before you commit to anything. You see the approved scope first, then decide.
- How long does a roof replacement take?
- A typical Denver metro home is one to two days on the roof, plus a final inspection. Standing seam metal runs longer because panels are roll-formed to exact length on site.
- What does the thirty-year workmanship warranty cover?
- Anything we installed: flashing, fasteners, underlayment, seams and penetrations. It sits on top of the manufacturer's material warranty and transfers once when you sell the home.
- Do you use subcontractors?
- We run our own crews, led by installers who have been with Bastion for years. We run one project at a time, so the lead installer who starts your tear-off sets your final flashing.
- Is an impact-rated roof worth the upgrade?
- On the Front Range, usually yes. Most carriers discount premiums for a UL 2218 Class 4 assembly, and the shingle is far likelier to survive the next storm without a claim at all.
